Belgian by birth, with a degree in property management and over nine years’ experience as an entrepreneur. I first discovered Bali in 2018. Since then, I have returned time and again, eventually settling here permanently.

MY BACKGROUND

I am originally from Belgium and hold a three-year bachelor’s degree in real estate. Property and entrepreneurship have always played a significant role in my career. From a very young age, I developed a genuine passion for investment and project development.

At just 20 years old, I bought my first property: a building which I then converted into two flats for rental. This first experience confirmed my vision and my desire to develop long-term projects

An entrepreneur for over 9 years, I also worked in the hospitality sector before devoting myself fully to property development. I quickly realised that entrepreneurship was the natural path for me. I have always had this drive to move forward freely, to create, invest and develop my own projects with an approach based on trust, transparency and value creation.

I first discovered Bali in 2018 and immediately fell in love with it. The island’s unique atmosphere, its people, the beauty of the landscapes and, above all, the opportunities in the Balinese property market left a deep impression on me. After several years of returning regularly to the island, I now live in Bali.

Through NOBILIO, I develop contemporary villas with an approach focused on profitability, design and the customer experience. My role goes far beyond simply selling: I source the land, analyse the potential of the sites, oversee project development and personally guide you through every stage right up to the handover of the keys.

I also place great importance on building a personal relationship with each of my clients. My aim is to understand your expectations, your desires and your vision in order to create a project that truly suits you. Every project is unique, and I am committed to offering personalised support based on trust, transparency and a seamless experience from start to finish.

My early experiences in Bali also helped me quickly understand the importance of having the right people around me and working with serious, reliable partners. As in any rapidly developing market, it is essential to understand the realities on the ground, best practices and the pitfalls to avoid. Today, this experience enables me to support my clients with a structured, transparent and secure approach.

My ambition with NOBILIO is to become a trusted point of reference for Belgian, French-speaking and international investors wishing to invest in Bali with a serious, people-focused and long-term approach. Beyond property projects, I also want to inspire other young entrepreneurs to believe in their ambitions and to understand that with vision, perseverance and the right people around you, it is possible to turn a passion into real success.
